The process is simple. You ship your “Dead Inventory” to our facility in Dayton, Ohio and we do the rest. When the hammer drops, we split the proceeds 50/50 and you receive an ACH transfer after the payments clear, typically 3 weeks after the auction closes. Please consult a tax professional about any potential tax obligations.
Our 50% commission pays for the auction creation, item storage, and distribution to winning bidders. We create the auction, store all the items, and distribute them to the winning bidders.
What can be sold? Almost everything you have legally acquired. We have sold cars, expired food, and even NEW sex toys. We can not sell real estate, firearms, ammunition, or lottery tickets.
Don’t let shipping costs get in the way of you turning your trash to cash. We partner with an experienced freight broker who gets some of the industries best pricing on freight shipping. In March of 2020, a 1,500 pound pallet shipped from San Diego, California to Dayton, Ohio was $260. This cost can easily be covered by the proceeds from your auction. Depending on item condition, you can expect to receive 50-80% of the buy box price.
